How long should I return it?

For our friends, please return inappropriate items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please return the items in their original packaging. For a complete breakdown of which items are eligible to return, see "What is Your Return Policy?



How much will it cost to return the item?

We're sorry, but we can't offer free returns. Returns must be paid for. Use standard traceable service returns. Your package will include a return label from your local return center.



What should I do if there is a fault with my product?

Sorry, you have received a defective item! So we can sort, please use one of the methods you find here, contact our customer service for a picture of the failed item and your order number



Do you refund the freight?

Unfortunately, we do not refund postage/shipping charges on orders.



May I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to handle swaps. You can return your item to us and place an order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item, follow the steps described in "How to Return an Item".
