General shipping information
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays. Check your confirmation email for your tracking number or follow these steps to track your order from your account:
Some orders may be sent in multiple parts, and if your order has been split, you will receive multiple send emails.
Track your order:
Log in to your account.
Click Track My Shipments next to the order status.
If you do not see Track My Shipment, then your order is still being processed!
Select real-time tracking information via SMS from your shipping confirmation email.
The buyer is responsible for local duties, taxes and advance charges applicable in the country of delivery
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or delayed packages by carriers.
In North America
About 7-15 working days.
We are ready to take orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Throughout the year. Orders on com will be processed and shipped within 3-4 working days. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
Europe and the United Kingdom
About 10-20 working days.
